Transition to College Program

Transition to College starts each Fall Semester!

Transitioning to college can be challenging. If you are coming to 4Cs from the workforce, are a non-native English speaker, a HiSET graduate, or have been out of school for a while, our Transition to College program is here to help you succeed in a college environment.

Navigate College with Confidence

To help you get the most out of your college experience, you will work with an advisor who is sensitive to your needs...and that can make all the difference. You will be shown how to access important support services such as Tutoring, the Reading and Writing Resource Center, Math Learning Center, and Career Exploration & Development.

No Cost College Courses!

As a Transition to College student, you will be eligible for NO COST CREDIT COURSES (including books.) You may take these classes with other students in the program and the credits can be used towards your degree. The group experience provides a supportive environment and this is a great opportunity to make new friends.
